Audio is not synced with the video

We do video announcements every week in our service. But the audio is not in sync with the video. It looks like we are doing a movie dubbed in another language. We are using MediaShout for Mac. It's not the video file because we run it on MediaShout 4.5 in Windows, and it work fine. Any suggestions?

I have been using beta 5202 and still have this issue on my system. Plays fine on the Mac but is out of phase on the external screen.

The usual causes for this are, improper codecs, higher bit rates (HD content) and resolutions being set to high. My guess it is a combination of the last two. MediaShout is processing video LIVE, unlike your standard players, which buffer the video first. it sounds like you are pushing the video card with more than it can handel. Can you share a bit about your system specs, the video and the projection system?

Thanks for the reply. My system is a 2008 Macbook 4GB ram, standard video for the system. Our projector is an older Sanyo VGA SD. The videos are all encoded as .mp4 or .mov. I will look into the codecs on the system next.
