slideshow script command not working

dragging in a script command to loop back to the beginning not working.
Say for example you set up 10 slides (*.jpg) for an announcement loop. Drag in the ten slides, select all slides and change them to 10 second timed, and finally drag in a script command for a loop operation. The slide show is tested and runs and loops ok. The mediaShout file is saved and the computer turned off. The next day at church when running the slide show for the first time the slides display one by one until the 10th slide is done and the screen goes blank -- the script command doesn't work. Quickly manually restart the loop, delete the current script command and drag in another script command. Now the script command works.
It has something to do with closing mediaShout and turning off the computer.

a similar thing happened to us today, although we never did get the slides to loop, and once we had run them once, the next slide went black. the slides worked when the slideshow (we were importing a powerpoint slideshow) was first put into the script, but once we ran it once, the next slide was back in the center.
