Since V247 has been installed, I cannot utilize the Cue Deck, cannot de-select it, and therefore cannot re-select it in an effort to eliminate the problem.
Method;
Open MS
Open any previous script or a new one
Select the Window dropdown menu
Observe if the Cue Deck is checked or not; attempt to change the state
Attempt to utilize the Cue deck, by clicking on it - MS crashes
I've tried all my workspaces including the standard issue workspace to no avail.
I am using an external drive to store all the scripts that I create and therefore attempt to call up if that information helps at all.
Go LSU, tied game between them and 'Bama at this time.

I cannot reproduce this issue, but I have seen it before. Let me know if deleting the user settings in the My Shout folder resolves the issue. If not, then we may want to get a sampling of the files you have stored on the external.
I've deleted the user settings, and no improvement. I cannot see any reason to not install the v250; perhaps it'll solve this for me since the problem seems limited to my system.
I'm now up to v252 and I still have the problem. I've deleted all workspaces, deleted all contents from and folders labeled as User Settings, and even gone into the registry. I'm up in arms about it, I cannot open a cue deck to save myself. If I want to use something from another script, I have to save what I'm working on, open whichever script I want to copy cues from to the clipboard, open the original and paste from the clipboard. Would uninstalling, run CCleaner, and reinstalling perhaps resolve this?
Well, this thought pattern was unsuccessful. I await an official suggestion to eliminate this problem. BTW, uninstalling via the control panel may not have unregistered one of my licenses. I currently utilize 2 of the 3, one on this computer, one on the church computer and the other is/was unutilized for some time now as that no-one else in my congregation apparently has the confidence to attempt to pick this up for the weeks when I will be absent.
Perhaps I've discovered a solution? When I change the view to what I show on the image, I can then add or utilize the cue deck. I can then save the workspace to whatever name I've chosen, but then even when I use that cue deck I cannot eliminate the cue deck. The "Standard" view does not include the cue deck, and would not save it as such, it saves another new view named Standard which is another option other than the original Standard.
Ultimately, I have not succeeded. I cannot manage to acquire a cue deck regardless of my efforts. I currently have MS uninstalled, I've run CCleaner (latest version) restarted. I have not reinstalled MS, and await help. I'm sure I'm missing something simple, but I don't know what. I've installed 252 on the church computer, and can turn the cue deck on and off at leisure. It's something on my computer, and I believe I need to eliminate all vestiges of MS in the registry etc. to effect any improvement.
I know this may not make sense but here it is. If you are using a "Saved " workspace, any changes are not saved unless you re-save. However, if you are using the Standard Workspace, changes are saved without saving.(Go figure). Being the "Standard" and "Simple" workspaces are hard coded, you should be able to delete the workspaces you've created.
If it works when you are using the Standard (Stock) workspace, then try using it without actually saving it.
Thanks John, I understood the process. I've lost the ability to even get it to work in any workspace. I've uninstalled, let the system "rest" for a week (rebooting many times as that I've been working with Light-o-Rama) and installed v183 then upgraded to 252 and I still have no success. I guess I'll just have to get used to it. Strangely it didn't give me any problem with the computer at church... go figure.
