If you are seeing a small toolbar in the lower left corner of the first slide of your PPT cues, it is caused by a setting in PPT.

To remove the toolbar do the following:

1. Open PowerPoint.
2. Click the File tab.
3. Click "Options" under Help.
4. Click "Advanced"
5. Under Slide Show, remove the check next to "Show popup toolbar".
6. Click OK and close PowerPoint.
