1. Open MediaShout v4, go to File>Song Library>Import Songs>From SongSelect. You can also access this same import feature by going to the Song Deck and clicking on the Song Library Tools Menu button and then select Add Songs>From SongSelect.

2. This will open a login menu with the URL, User Name, and Password fields. (This is the CCLI login information that CCLI gives to you.)
3. With your login information entered, hit the Log In button. (Once you insert the login information the first time, it should remember that the next time if you check theSave Login Information check box.)
4. This will take you to CCLI's Song Search page on their web site.
5. After finding the song that you want to import, click on the Lyrics link associated with that song. This will take you to the details for the song.
6. Click on the Lyrics icon at the top right corner of the window.
7. Select Save To Disk. This will allow you to download as ".txt format". (Any other format will not import properly or work correctly in MediaShout.)
8. After that, a dialog box will pop up saying "Download Song Now?". Select Yes.
9. This will import the song directly into the MediaShout database. There will also be an import results box that pops up telling you that the song has been imported. Hit the Close button to close this dialog box.
