"OLE DB error - cannot find backup.mdb" error when opening MediaShout?

Cause:
MediaShout cannot find a backup file named 'backup.mdb' when opening.
Solution:
- Download a Backup.mdb database relative to which version of MediaShout that you have from one of the attached files below.
- Copy it to the directory where MediaShout is looking (generally 'My Shout/User Settings')
- Rename it 'backup.mdb' (Note: You will need to pay attention to the error message in case it is trying to find it in another file location.)
- If you still get the error after copying and renaming the file, check and make sure it is copied to the right directory. If it is, then rename it with or without the '.mdb' file extension depending on how it was renamed (ie - If you originally renamed it 'backup.mdb', change it to 'backup' or vice-versa.
