Some users have tried using a video file exported from Apple's Motion software and have had issues getting MediaShout to load the video.  For some reason, the file exported as a mov will not load because of the way it is encoded in that program.  However, there are a couple of formats that do seem to load and work.  Here are the formats that we've found so far that seem to work the best:

1. H264
2. Sorenson 3 at 3200 KB/sec

These are just a couple of exporting options.  We will update this article as we discover more formats that work in MediaShout upon further testing.
