NOTE: We recommend that you make a back up copy of the My Shout folder before uninstalling MediaShout. This is where MediaShout installs all the song databases, bible databases, templates, and user settings.
1. Make sure MediaShout is closed.
2. Uninstall all the updates starting with the latest working your way down. You can do this by going to Start>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs (Remove A Program in Vista).
3. Uninstall the main MediaShout program. You can do this by going to Start>Control Panel>Add/Remove
Programs (Remove A Program in Vista).
4. Download and install the latest version of Ccleaner.
5. Open Ccleaner.
6. In Ccleaner, select Tools and make sure there are no references to MediaShout there. If there are, uninstall them from there.
7. Go to Cleaner and Run Cleaner. This will clean out all the temporary directories.
8. Go to Registry and select Scan For Issues. When it finishes scanning the issue, you need to Fix All Selected Issues.
9. Reboot the computer.
10. Install MediaShout. (In Vista, when doing this, browse the disc, find the Autorun file, and RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR. After that, continue with the rest of the installation like normal. Do NOT open the program before updating if the original install disk is 3.0 or 3.1. Download the MediaShout 3 Update Download)
11. Open the program and test any previous issues.
