In MS5 about a month ago script que's that had been set to automatically advance after a certain amount of time (like 15 sec) and ones that had a video play and was set to advance upon completion of video (BG) stopped advancing on Sunday. A day or two later they started to function correctly. Just tonight (Saturday) a new set of que's started malfunctioning in the same manner.
What might the problem be? I was thinking of calling to get a screen share to get it looked at.

Robert,

The first thing that comes to mind is the script playback mode is being set to Manual instead of Normal. Look at the bottom of the script area for this setting.

If you are still having issues and would like us to remote in we are happy to do that, but this would require a Plus Membership.

Due to free support for MediaShout 5 ending on July 31, 2018, we’re offering an incredible deal to upgrade to version 6. Save $40 off the regular price of $199 (Until July 31). This is a phone only offer. Please call us at 888-829-7168.

In the attached image I have red boxed the area I think you are referring to. Is that correct?

I am looking into getting a computer with 6 installed from you in the next month since I had been told that the HP laptop I have been using is being pushed to the limits

Robert,

You are correct. That is the Script Playback mode settings. I must have been in Version 4 mode when making my last reply as these settings are at the bottom of the script area in V4. My Apologies.

If you modify last weeks script and save it as this weeks script, it could contribute to the issue. If this is the case, create a new script from scratch and see if the issue is still present.

When you are ready for the new computer, I will be happy to assist you with that. When calling, my extension is 111.
