Hey could someone tell me if its possible to run a slide show with some animations with musical background. I know I can probably do this with Powerpoint, but what I am looking to do is set up something using a Media Cue. This way anyone can go in and quickly modify it.
Thanks

Hi,

Yes, I sure can. Before I provide steps for how to do this, I will need a bit more information. What types of Cue's (slides) are you wanting to make? Are you wanting to type Text on these Cue's? Or, will it just be an image or a video background?

Once these questions are answered, I can then provide the steps for how to Insert the Cue, add the audio file, and setup animations/transitions.

Thanks and God Bless,

Well what I have been creating is in Adobe Premiere, in this order
1. 3 videos, all with the same royalty audio track.
2. The audio fades out into a different Audio track.
3. That fades out, the first track fades back in.
4. JPG slide show now plays with this audio track.
5. All fades out into our church logo

Hope that all makes sense.
Thanks

Hi,

I have just sent you an email with more detailed questions. Once I receive that information, I can provide some steps. At that point, I will add the Steps to this Forum Posting.

My goal is to avoid a lot of the back and forth on this Forum Page and leave just the question and the final answer.

Thanks and God Bless,

Ryan, I responded back to your email. I wasn't able to get your suggestions to work. Is there some sort of video out there that demonstrates this?

Hi Robert,

As we continue to go back and forth over email, I wanted to update this Forum with the Steps. Since you are wanting to add Text on top of your Videos, we would need to do the following:

Start by inserting a text cue. To do this, click Insert Text and click on one of the Template’s in the top right corner of the Insert Text Window. Then, click Insert. Click Insert 4 more times to insert 5 Text cue’s.

Now, start dragging and dropping your videos (from the File Explorer Window) one by one onto the needed cue. This will automatically insert those videos as the background.

Then, drag and drop each audio file (from the File Explorer Window) onto each cue to apply the audio file to it. After you drag and drop, you can then look on the ribbon at the top and set the formatting to Fade In/Out as needed for each audio file. Or, you can click the Speaker Icon to get selected on the Audio File to find the Formatting options under the Home tab.

Lastly, click within the editing area in the middle of the page. Put your cursor within the text box and begin typing your message. If you need more than that one page, right-click in this editing area and choose Page Break. This will give you a Page 2 and another Text Box to type in.

Thanks,

Ryan Zeeck
