I want to layer multiple background images of a single advent candle so I can make the background look like there's three candles and then four candles for weeks 3 and 4 of Advent. I remember this being obvious in Mediashout 5 but am striking out trying to figure it out in 6!

Hey Sal! I'd be happy to help. What you'd want to do is go to the Insert Object button on the ribbon bar for that cue, and click to insert an image, and repeat for however many new images you need to put in. You can size and position them however you want. As far as blending, you will have control over the opacity in the FX button on the ribbon but the edges won't be able to be faded out, etc, so that may be the harder part, but depending on the pictures you may not need that. (If you could do those same ones in version 5, you should be able to achieve the same in version 6).
