Resource manager error Timeout was reached

There was a reply from one of our agents that provided direct links to the downloads. He was not made aware that the links are only for V5 users only. Posting the links in a public forum gives access to these files to everyone and this actually violates our agreement with the publishers. Unfortunately, I had to delete that post. Thanks for understanding.
