I am using Media Shout 6. I'd like to change just one page in a cue but cannot because all the pages change. Under Cue and Page options there should be "Apply to All Pages" but it is missing whether I use the toolbar or the shortcut from the yellow triangle on the page.

Ronald,

The Apply to Cue button is under the Home Tab on the ribbon when you are selected on a Main Text Box. It will not be available if you are selected on any other object (Reference Box, Background, Text Box, etc.). Can you verify that you are selected within the Main Text box of a multi page cue. Feel free to take a screenshot of your Home Tab Ribbon to show that the button is missing.

If you need to make an adjustment on just one of the pages, first set all pages by clicking Apply to Cue under the Home Tab. Then, go to the page that needs to be different and make your change WITHOUT clicking the Apply to Cue button.

Please let me know if this is not what you are seeing or if you are having further trouble with any of this.

Thanks,

-Ryan

Thanks, Ryan. This is helpful. Are you saying Apply to Cue has replaced apply to All Pages?
I have attached a screenshot of what I have and a screen shot of the MediaShout User Guide that states "Apply to all Pages" should be present.

Ronald,

Yes and no. When you go into Cue and Page Options there are two tabs at the top. General and All Pages Properties. When you click All Pages Properties, any changes made will affect all pages of this cue. The Apply to All Pages was an old element that was removed based on User-Feedback.

The Apply to Cue button does do the same thing, essentially, but it is always on the Ribbon under the Home Tab and much more accessible when changing the Font Style/Size.

I will see if we can make an update to the User Guide to reflect those changes.

I hope this clears things up!

Thanks,

-Ryan

Thank you, Ryan. Your explanation has cleared things up.
One more question:
How do I move the text box for only one page? When I move it on one page all the pages of the cue move to the same spot as the original page, even when I do not Apply to Cue or All Pages Property.

Ronald,

For this, you would need to Insert an independent Text Box by going to Insert Object > Text Box. This Text Box will be completely independent of all of the other's and will allow you to adjust it as needed without affected all of the other pages.

I hope this helps!
