While editing in MS 7 I have had several instances of it going into a continuous loop of a the last change that I made. I have not found any way to stop this besides ending it in task manager. Anyone else seen this that can offer solutions/explanations? I've attached a video.
Thanks!

Hey Lloyd!

The only thing I could possibly think would do anything like this is the keyboard. There are certain shortcuts that the program can do by hit keys on the keyboard. Is there any way you could unplug it/ try another keyboard and test to see if we're on the right track here?

Let me know what you find! Thanks and God bless.

Thanks for your response Ben. I just had it happen again, and realized that this was the same thing that triggered it before.
I had text that need a couple of words underlined. After I underlined the second one, all of the words became underline. I clicked the back arrow and that's when it began the looping. Didn't use Ctrl Z. Don't know if that might give you any more ideas.
Thank you.

Okay! Thanks for testing that for me. Any way you could record the steps your taking and the process of adding all of that at all as well here?

Hi Ben. The text that I was working on had been copied from a Word file. I have started using WordPad instead of Word to copy my text from before putting into MS7, and have not had that issue appear while doing this. Don't know if some formatting in MS Word was causing an issue or what?
Thank you

Ah, that could definitely be it, unfortunately! Word Documents have strange formatting and coding compared to what MediaShout has, and they make it a bit difficult to work with in our case. Sending it through NotePad is definitely something worth doing and is something I do frequently and get decent results with!

I apologize if this is an inconvenience!
