Please keep in mind a few guidelines on what to expect for Sunday morning support:
- General MediaShout training is not available via technical support. We'd advise you to visit mediashout.com/training, attend or rewatch the monthly training webinars, or spend a few minutes with the training videos available on the MediaShout USB Drive.
- Although "how-do-I" questions are happily answered on the Plus member line, they typically should not be handled on Sunday morning chat, so we can remain available to as many users as possible for emergency issues.
- Troubleshooting, system configuration, and other non-urgent issues will be cheerfully handled Monday - Friday on our normal Plus line, but the focus of Sunday chat will be emergencies affecting your impending services.
