We would like to be able to add several versions of the Bible to our library and choose one version as our default. It seems that the only way to do that currently is to add the default version last. If there is already a way to do this, I'd love to know. Thanks!

Actually, the current "default" Bible is the one that is at the top of the list Alphabetically. We are planning on adding an option that will let you set the default in a future build. Thanks!

This seems to be one of the areas where MediaShout made a head-scratching back-step. We went from 4.5 to 6 and the learning curve has been surprisingly crazy. There are a few spots where 6 seems to have LESS functionality than 4.5, and this has been one of them. With version 4.5, MediaShout would "remember" the last used version when entering the next passage. Our pastor is pulling his hair out over the added hassle and time it takes to manually select the version for every passage he enters. Also, unless we are missing something, we cannot enter multiple passages at once anymore. Each passage of scripture must be manually selected and inserted one at a time.

Jeremiah,

If you are using the same translation over and over again, your pastor may find it easier (and faster) to simply copy and paste the Bible Cue in the Script and then change the reference in the Ribbon instead of opening the Insert Bible window each time. Additionally, we have been displaying on our Facebook Live each Wednesday some new features that are coming, including the ability to insert multiple Bible passages without having to close and reopen the Insert Bible dialog. Check those out and let us know if you have any questions. Thanks and be blessed!

Aaron,
when you, as support person for Mediashout, find that you are offering suggestions that the best way to use Mediashout is by avoiding the use of MediaShout capabilities, it sounds like either those capabilities aren't very capable or they really need to be improved.
