Changing Background image on multiple (but not every) slide (cue)

Have the ability to select multiple slides (by holding Shift or Ctrl) and be able to change all of their Background options at once. This would be similar to a "Format Background" option that is found in other products like PowerPoint that allow you to change image/color used, size of image, transparency, apply template, etc...

Our team currently has a theme background image for each month that is applied to all text and Bible slides. Since it is not used on Song slides, the change all feature does not work for us.

Ryan,

Thanks for the nice idea. I have added this to the feature request list. But for now, (if it helps) if you open your File Explorer window to where you store your media, you can easily drag and drop the same file on each of the cues you wish to change.

Thanks and be blessed.

Thanks John. The drag-n-drop method still requires a one-at-a-time change and still forces you to scale the image in each slide. I'm looking to alter multiple slides at once.

Ryan,

If you are wanting to change the BG on a multi page cue, such as a Lyric, drop the media file on the "Cue" and not a "Page".

If you are using multiple media files in a multi page cue, unfortunately, there will be no way to add this ability. There can be only one BG applied to a Cue. The other media files are added as "Objects" which sit on top of the BG.

However, if you make "Full Stretch" your default "Preset", when using multiple images in a multi page cue, they will be full stretch automatically when you drag them in. So once you apply the Full Stretch Preset, click the Apply Preset button again and select "Set As Default".

Let me know if I am missing something.

I'll try to clarify...
There are items (slides/cues...?) in the left column of the interface and these items expand when clicked on (selected) to display additional items (pages...?). I want to select multiple items from the left column, but not every one of them. I want to be able to change the background on all that are selected (slides/cues and pages) at the same time. These means if I add a color and only a color, I want that color applied to all selected. If I add a background image and only one background image, I want that image to display on all that are selected.
If it helps, this is a feature of PowerPoint.

Ryan,

You want to change the BG of all selected Cues, which would also change the BG on all Pages in those Cues. If so, then it sounds like we are on the same page.

What threw me was your statement that drag and drop method was forcing you to scale the image in each slide. If your template is set correctly, they should be full stretch automatically. You shouldn't have to adjust anything. If you are, please give us a call so we can look into that for you.

That's what I am looking to do, John. When I use the drag-n-drop method, if I wanted any changes on how the image displays, I have to do that individually instead of in a group, like what I am looking for.

Ryan,

So in addition to having the ability to change the BG on multiple selected Cues, you also want the ability to Edit the BG settings on multiple selected Cues. Is this correct?
