At present if more than one Bible translation is present in MS6, then at start up the first in the list is selected as default, meaning the version has to be changed to that required every time the programme is used. I suggest that it is made an option to set a Bible Translation that is selected as default every time the programme is started.

This feature is included in the latest update (B65). The way it works is, it will revert to the last Bible used while MediaShout is open. Then the next time you open MediaShout, it reverts back to the first Bible in the list. But selecting a Bible for that session is all you need to do.

Can it not be made to remember the last version used even after closed and later reopened? I seem to recall that MS5 did that.

I was under the impression this feature was complete. I have spoken to the developers and I think we have come up with a great solution.
Our plan is to add options in General Settings>Bible for selecting Default Bible. Similar to what you have for selecting a default script. The Options will be "Specific Bible" and "Most Recent Bible".
The current behavior in B65 will not change, but with these new settings, MediaShout will revert to the Default Bible setting the next time it is launched.
