Events is an info, sermon and note - taking feature of the Bible App. Currently, churches populate their Event, then publish it in the app. I'm thinking that in conjunctivitis with the sermon builder, the two could work arm in arm. Youversion has an excellent help and Dev team, so I'm thinking working together... Also, you could possibly create an interface for other study apps in a similar fashion.

We received word back from the Team at YouVersion. They told us that they don't have any public API's for Events or Bible Reader integration, currently. This is what would be needed to port the information over into any other program (such as MediaShout). They did recognize that this could be a very helpful feature and told us that they would look into this as a possibility.
So, for now, we are awaiting the API needed to make something like this work. Once we get that, we can then explore integrating it into MediaShout (like we have with CCLI SongSelect and Planning Center Online).
