I was speaking about 6 for Mac, but I know that's probably a year away (which may push the church to another software because of the lag for Mac development). Obviously version 7 would be the answer and on both platforms

Hey Bruce, I agree that this would be a great feature. As an interim and possibly quicker/simpler solution, try using OBS Studio to record your announcement loop as an MP4 - since being introduced to this we have found a lot of creative ways to use this free software. It is simple to learn, setup and use.
