Lag on Lyric Insertion MS 7

After I have opened the Insert Lyrics box and have double clicked on "Folders" it takes a minimum of 33 seconds for my list of songs to appear in the box!

These are songs that we brought over from MS 4.5. In the outdated MS 4.5, my Song Library opened up immediately and a great number of those songs were previously text formatted and had backgrounds, making them ready for me to insert into a script again. One would think this would create additional data?

In the latest MS 7 version, none of my songs--which were once formatted--are formatted anymore and they no longer have backgrounds, yet the My Song Library takes at least 33 seconds to open. Why is this so slow, when there is actually less data associated with each song?

While I wait for My Song Library to show me my list of songs, it appears as though nothing is happening because there is no indicator letting me know that anything is happening.

I'd like, at the very least, to see a "worry circle" letting me know that MS7 is processing my command.

And then, I'd really like for the developers to speed this process up please.
