MediaShout Version 6 for Mac combines time-saving tools and a streamlined work space with the comprehensive list of features you've come to expect from the premiere ministry presentation system. System Requirements for MediaShout 6 for Mac:
- OS 10.9 or later
- 2.5 GHz or higher processor
- 4 GB of RAM
- Nvidia or AMD Video Card with 512 MB of dedicated Video RAM
- 650 MB of hard drive space
*We do NOT recommend the following for presentation (may work for building presentations):
1) Standard MacBook (any version)
2) MacBook Air (any version)
3) Mac Mini with Integrated Intel Video Cards
4) MacBook Pro with Integrated Intel Video Cards
5) iMac with Integrated Intel Video Cards
If you want to get a Mac Mini, MacBook Pro, or iMac, make sure it has a Dedicated NVIDIA or AMD Video Card in it if you plan on using it for presenting.
*PowerPoint and Keynote playback are currently not supported within MediaShout 6 (we recommend converting to JPEG images for slides or converting it to a video file for playback).
*DVD playback is not supported within MediaShout 6 (we recommend using a program called Handbrake to convert your DVD's to video files).
Note: If you purchase a computer that does not meet the above requirements, you may see performance issues with MediaShout or it may not run at all. We always recommend that you call us before purchasing any system for MediaShout.
