Fixing Missing CCLI IDs in Your Lyrics
MediaShout 7.5 and higher checks that all lyrics in your Cues Library have a valid CCLI ID. If you see the message "This Lyric cue does not contain the information needed to Auto-Report to CCLI...", follow these steps to add the missing information.
How to Update a Lyric with a CCLI ID
1. Open Your Cues Library
Click the large Star icon on the right side of MediaShout 7 to open your Cues Library.
2. Select and Insert the Lyric
Find the lyric that needs updating and click Insert to add it to your Script.
You'll see a pop-up message alerting you that the lyric is missing CCLI information.
3. Click "Fix This Issue"
Click the Fix this issue button in the pop-up.
4. The Lyrics Window Opens
A Lyrics window will open with a search bar and results panel.
5. Search SongSelect
Click in the search bar at the top left and type the song name, then press Enter to search SongSelect for that song.
You'll see a list of results. If you don't see your song, click Load more Results to expand the search.
6. Select the Correct Song
Find and click on the correct song in the Results column. It will be highlighted when selected.
7. Update the Cue
Click the Update Cue button to save the CCLI ID to your lyric.
Your lyric is now ready to use and will auto-report to CCLI correctly.
