Scheduling a Cue to Play at a Specific Time

MediaShout 7 lets you schedule cues to play automatically at a set time each day. This is useful for recurring announcements, countdowns, or timed content during your service.

How to Schedule a Cue

1. Select Your Cue

On the left side of MediaShout 7, click the cue you want to schedule.

2. Open Script Control Plug-in

On the right side of MediaShout 7, click the Script Control Plug-in to open it.

3. Enable Daily Scheduling

Check the box for "Automatically play the current cue 'every day' at ___ time".

4. Set Your Time

Click the time field and enter the time you want this cue to automatically play on your presentation screen.

5. Close the Plug-in

Close the Script Control Plug-in window. Your cue is now scheduled and will play automatically at the time you set.

You're All Set

Your scheduled cue will now play automatically every day at the time you specified—no manual triggering needed.
