Incorrect Thumbnail Images in File Deck

In a few rare instances, we've seen cases where the File deck displays thumbnails images that do not match the file. In most of these cases the thumbnail image for each file will be shown in the folder, but it will be paired with the incorrect file. Fortunately, there is an easy solution to fix this issue. Because you will need to delete a hidden file, make sure that hidden files and folders are shown:

1. Go to the Control Panel and choose Folder Options;
2. Select the 'View' tab;
3. Select "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" and click OK;
4. Go to the following location on your computer:  C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\MediaShout\v30\Thumbnails  (where [username] is your Windows user account name);
5. Delete all files in the Thumbnails folder.

Relaunch MediaShout  and your thumbnail images should now display correctly!
