Slideshow Cue

  1. Go to Insert > Slideshow.

  2. Browse for the PPT file, highlight the file, and click Select to choose that file.  (MediaShout will create thumbnails when highlighting the file and then create a SlideShow cue when clicking Select.)
  3. Play the Slideshow cue.

MediaShout uses the PowerPoint engine to play the PPT cue.

PowerPoint Import

  1. Go to the Songs deck and click on the Song Library Tools Menu button.
  2. Select Add Songs > From PowerPoint Slides

This will open a PowerPoint import wizard that will walk you through selecting the PPT file, extract the text/graphic that you want, and create a record in the existing song database for MediaShout.  Then, you can insert a Lyric cue in order to use that PPT (now converted to MS) song.
