Occasionally users run across issues with MediaShout freezing, crashing, or running incorrectly. This can often be caused by program files getting corrupt. Resetting the program can usually solve these issues. Here are instructions on resetting MediaShout v4:
- Close MediaShout.
- Go to Start>My Computer>C:>Users>Public>My Shout>User Settings.
- Delete the contents of the User Settings folder.
