Error: setup.exe is not a valid Win32 application

This error is generated because the file was not completely download.  To correctly re-download the file, please complete the following steps:

1. Clear out your browser's cache.  For instructions on doing this, please click here for instructions. 
2. Re-download the file.  
   
   For best results, do the following:
   1. Right-click on the link. (Or right-click on the link here:  Download Here)
   2. Choose "Copy the link location." 
   3. Paste it to the address bar of your browser.
   4. When prompted, choose Save. Do not click Run.

Run the installer only after the file is completely downloaded.
