If you are one who like to use the Custom Setting for adding Chords to your Stage Display, using the attached new Stage Template (link below) should resolve the issue.
It can be modified and saved as new stage templates and will allow the use of the custom settings and apply them properly.
Once extracted, and with MediaShout closed, put the template (Stage - Default.mspv5) into the following location. C:\ProgramData\MediaComplete\MediaShout 5\Cue Templates
Keep in mind, ProgramData is a hidden folder on some systems. If you do not see it, go to Folder Options and on the View tab, select to show hidden files, folders and drives.
