How to Export Cues in a Script

In MediaShout 7, you have the ability to export your Cue's within your script as an Image, .PDF, or .TXT. The can be extremely handy if you need to print out the entire Script to pass out to your Media Team, or just to save something you have built (like a Welcome Cue) for later.

To export a Single Cue within your Script:

1) Open the Script within MediaShout 7 and select the Cue that needs to be exported.

2) Go to the File Menu at the top and select Export.

3) In this list, you can choose either Export as Images (.jpg or .png), Export as PDF, or Export as TXT.

4) In the Export as window, click the Browse Button (the Folder Icon next to the Destination Field) and select where you want the file to be exported.

5) OPTIONAL - Make any necessary adjustments in this Window for what you need.

6) Click Export

To export Multiple Cue's or an Entire Script:

1) Open the Script within MediaShout 7.

2) Go to the File Menu at the top and select Export.

3) In this list, you can choose either Export as Images (.jpg or .png), Export as PDF, or Export as TXT. I recommend using the PDF option for this as it will place each image within one .PDF document as opposed to separate image files.

4) In the Export as window, click the Browse Button (the Folder Icon next to the Destination Field) and select where you want the file to be exported.

5) OPTIONAL - Make any necessary adjustments in this Window for what you need.

6) Click Export
